We want your family to have a wonderful Nursery & Toddler experience as we partner with you in the development of your little one’s faith. Our Nursery & Toddler areas strive to be a place where each child feels safe and parents feel comfortable leaving their precious children. The health and safety of your child is one of our primary concerns.
We’re committed to keeping these areas clean and sanitary. Our ratio of caring adults ensures each child’s needs, will be personally met as he or she begins to discover the wonderful love of Jesus.
Nursery ages: Birth to 18 months / Toddler Room ages: 18 months to 30 months
“Sonbeams” (2 & 3 yr. olds!) Sundays @ 9:00 & 10:45 am
Sonbeams is a great morning of Bible-based stories, singing, games and crafts, all using Sunday School curriculum that has been designed with 2- and 3-year-olds in mind. Bible stories are told in a variety of ways, all using age-appropriate language, concepts, and methods — from flannelgraphs to visits from “live” Bible characters. Songs, games, crafts and even snacks are lesson-related.
“Fire Flies” (Jr. & Sr. Kindergarten) Sundays @ 9:00 am & 10:45 am
A great morning of Bible-based lessons, singing, games and crafts, all using Sunday School curriculum that has been designed with 4 and 5 year olds in mind! Bible stories are told in a variety of ways, all using age-appropriate language and concepts. Songs, games, crafts – all are lesson-related.
Fire Flies is for kids in Junior or Senior Kindergarten. It is a learning and growing opportunity where kids begin to understand Biblical concepts in a way that is applicable to their ‘world’. They’ll learn how to share the love of Jesus and begin to see that everything they do can be a ‘reflection’ of Jesus to others.
Sunday Sparklers – Grades 1 to 4 Sundays @ 9:00 am
This is not your ‘typical’ Sunday School! Peak in a classroom and you’ll find kids actively engaged in learning! It’s here that kids build strong relationships with both their teachers and other kids – friendships that will last a lifetime! Kids are encouraged and challenged to make ‘faith’ their own and to live it out each day!
ROCKETS: Revolutionizing Our Church Kids by Extensive Training and Service Grades 5 & 6 Leadership Program Sundays @ 9:00 am
This is a two year discipling and equipping program where kids are ‘blazing’ a trail and learning about what leaving a legacy means! This year, they’ll learn what it means to live a “Daniel” lifestyle! They study the Foundations of Faith, learn about the Holy Spirit, leadership, ministry opportunities, AND they’re given opportunity to practice those skills by assisting in various different areas of service!
Dream Stars Sundays @ 10:45 am
If you thought church was boring . . . THINK AGAIN! We’re committed to providing a vibrant, fast-paced, exciting Church Service for kids! There’s object lessons, skits, games, singing with a live band and so much more! Multi-media and high-energy – a great combination for kids!
Missions & Kids Sundays in the classroom every other Month
It’s important that we help kids to understand what being ‘missional’ is all about! Every other month will feature a classroom focus in every area to help kids build a Biblical concept of what Missions is and how they can be involved. Classroom service projects and outreach opportunities will be offered throughout the year.
Through the week…
Shining Stars Choir & Dramatic Arts Program (Gr. 1-6): Tuesdays @ 7:00 pm Kids shine through the Arts in this program! AND they build lasting relationships! We’ve seen kids enter the program tentatively and come out full of enthusiasm and self-confidence by the end of the year! Active participation in church-wide productions is included as well as a production of their very own! (September – April) *Registration Fee: $25.00/child
Glitterbugs Choir (3-5 yr olds): Tuesdays @ 7:00 pm Motion, song and rhythm – all that and more are part of this fun, active time together! Kids learn Scripture and Biblical truths about praising the Lord and will ‘perform’ periodically. (September– April) *Registration Fee: $25.00/child
