The Purpose of Healing Rooms:
- To restore and bring the healing ministry of Jesus Christ to our community.
- To establish a centre where anyone in need of healing in body, mind or soul may come and receive prayer.
Prayer Teams are trained to release the presence and power of God into your situation.
The Blind receive their sight, the lame walk, those who have leprosy are cured, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the good news preached to the poor.” – Matthew 11:5

International Association of Healing Rooms (IAHR)
We are associated with International Association of Healing Rooms Ministries with a common vision to establish healing back into the body of Christ. Our commission is based on Mark 16:17-18, “And these signs shall follow those that believe…they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.”
The vision is to see Healing Rooms Set in around the world. Our goal is to establish uniformity and accountability in each work by offering through an association, the tools to properly equip each healing room.
Our focus must be on the presence and power of the Holy Spirit to work through us to heal the sick.

A little bit of history on Healing Rooms
The Healing Rooms Ministries was started by Canadian born John G. Lake in the early 1900s in Spokane, Washington. A man of purpose, vision, strength and character, his one goal in life was to bring the fullness of God to every person. He believed that Spirit-filled Christians should enjoy the same type of ministry Jesus did while living on earth. Lake and his assistants, who were known as “healing technicians”, prayed for the sick. Over a 5 year period, there were over 100,000 documented healings. Lake’s healing and preaching ministry spanned the years from 1898 until his death in 1935.
Praise Report
One Thursday night the ladies at the Healing Rooms prayed for me regarding my ears. The left ear felt blocked. While praying for me, I experienced a warmth and an opening up in the left ear.
This past Friday, March 2, I had my yearly hearing test. The result was 100% hearing in both ears. I don’t need to wear hearing aids and I don’t have to go back for 2 years for testing. Praise God.
